Mahjong Parlour ("the App") is operated by Eleven Ten Games LLC. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

• Account Information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address, or Apple's relay email, to create your account. Guest players are assigned an anonymous identifier with no personal information.
• Gameplay Data. We record game results including wins, losses, scores, tile hands, and achievements. This data is used to display your profile, game history, and leaderboard stats.
• Purchase History. If you make an in-app purchase, we record the transaction ID, product purchased, and coins granted. We do not store your payment method or billing details. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, depending on your platform.
• Diagnostics. We collect crash reports and performance data through Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs. These reports may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash.

How We Use Your Data

What We Do Not Do

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in the United States and protected with industry-standard encryption. Game data is associated with your account identifier and retained as long as your account is active.

Your Choices

• You can play as a guest without providing personal information.
• You can change your display name at any time in the app.
• To request data deletion, contact us using the instructions below.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

To request deletion of your Mahjong Parlour account and all associated data, email support@eleventengames.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
